「それは問題発言ですよ」─ I’m not at all comfortable with what you just said.
not at all comfortable with ～の意味は「～に全くいい感じがしない」。そのままhave a problem「問題がある」を使って、次のように言ってもいいでしょう。I have a problem with what you just said.
（例）「君の言ったことには問題があるよね」─ Let me take issue with what you just said.
前回の復習
「彼は健闘むなしく入賞できなかった」─ He was unable to win a prize, despite all his efforts. / No matter how hard he tried, he was unable to win a prize.
「努力したのにもかかわらず（健闘むなしく）」─ despite all one's efforts
「どんなに頑張っても」─ No matter how hard he tried
「努力がすべて無駄にならないといいのだが」─ I hope that all my efforts won't be in vain.
Extra Bit：「骨折り損の草臥れ儲け」─ You did all that hard work, and all that came of it is fatigue.
