《今日のFUP：419》はっきりしない天気
「雨が降るんだか、晴れるんだか、はっきりしない天気だね」─ The weather can't seem to make up its mind between rain and clear skies.
the weather「天気」とmake up one's mind「決めかねている」を組み合わせている点に注目。いかにも英語らしい言い回しですね。hard to tell「言うのが難しい」を使って、次のようにも言えます。It's hard to tell with this weather whether it's going to rain or clear up.
（例）「天気が変わりやすいので、雨が降るのか、晴れるのかわからない」─ The weather is so changeful you can't tell whether it's going to rain or clear up.
