《今日のFUP：378》柔軟な考え方
「もっと柔軟な考え方をしなくては」─ You need to remain flexible in your thinking.
remain flexible「柔軟であり続ける」とin one’s thinking「考え方」を組み合わせて「柔軟な考え方」を表現。adaptable「順応できる、柔軟な」を使って、You have to keep your mind adaptable.とも言えます。
（例）「彼の仕事に対する態度は柔軟でない」─ He has an inflexible attitude toward work.

「この問題への政府の対応は後手後手に回っているとしか言いようがない」─ The government's response to this issue can only be described as foot-dragging. / The way the government responded to this issue can only be described as procrastination.
「対応ののろさ（後手後手に回る）」─ foot-dragging
「ぐずぐず引き延ばすこと」─ procrastination
「～としか言いようがない」─ can only be described as ～
「先に延ばすと、後悔するよ」─ If you put it off, you'll regret it.
Extra Bit：「ぐずぐずしていると、後でもっと大変なことになるぞ」─ Don't procrastinate or you'll have more trouble later on.
