「当日券、手に入るかな」─ I wonder if I can buy a ticket on the spot.
「当日券を手に入れる」をbuy a ticket on the spot「その場でチケットを買う」で表現しています。I wonder if it'll be possible to get a ticket on the day I go there.とも言えます。 get a ticket on the day I go thereの文字通りの意味は「そこへ行き、その日にチケットを買う」。
（例）「今からでもまだチケットが取れるかな」─ I wonder whether it's too late to get tickets.
