「被害者の立場になって考えたら？」─ Why don’t you put yourself in the place of the victim?
put oneself in the place of the victim「被害者の立場に自分自身を置く」で「被害者の立場になって考える」の意味に。Why don’t you think about it from the perspective of the victims?とも言えます。perspective「見方、観点」の使い方にも注目。
（例）「もう少し気を使うようにしなさい」─ Try to be a little more considerate.
