「この使用前・使用後って本当かな」─ I wonder if these "before" and "after" photos can be real.
「使用前・使用後」はbeforeとafterを使って表現します。I wonder if there's any truth to this before-and-after ad.でも同じような意味になります。ここではphotos「写真」の代わりに、ad「広告」を使っています。次の言い回しも一緒に覚えておきましょう。It seems a little fishy.「なんか嘘っぽい」。
（例）「この話はうますぎて本当とは思えない」─This story is too good to be true.

「最低限ごめんくらい言えばいいのに」─ The least you could do would be to say that you're sorry.
「少なくともそれくらいのことはできるだろう（最低限）」─ the least you could do
「せめて約束くらい守って」─ Keeping your promises is the least you should do.
「最低限のマナーってものがあるだろう」─ There's a basic level of courtesy you should show in public.
Extra Bit：「最低限必要なものを買おう」─ Let's buy the bare minimum of what we need.
