「今回の事件で、その企業への信頼は完全に地に落ちた」─ With this incident, trust in that corporation has reached rock bottom.
reach rock bottom「どん底に達する」で「地に落ちる」を表現しています。a new low「（新たな）どん底」を使って、次のようにも言えます。This incident has brought trust in that corporation to a new low.
（例）「この件で信用できるのはあなただけです」─ You're the only person I can trust on this.

「選り好みしなければ、仕事は何でもある」─ If you're not too picky, there are lots of jobs you can find. / There are lots of jobs out there, as long as you're not too particular.
「好みがうるさい（選り好み）」─ picky
「好みがやかましい」─ particular
