「後々のために、今は少しでも貯金しておいた方がいい」─ You should save a little now for the sake of the future.
「後々のために」はfor (the sake of) the future「将来のために」で表現すればいいでしょう。You should put a little something away now for the future.とも言えます。
（例）「少しだけ使って、残りは貯金しなさい」─ Spend a little and save the rest.

「彼らはまだ学生気分が抜けてないようだ」─ They still seem like students. / They haven't lost that air about them that students have.
「まだ学生のように見える」─ still seem like students
「様子、態度」─ air
「あいつらまだ学生みたいだな」─ They still have the air of school kids about them.
