「こんなことで手数料を取るの？」─ They want a transaction fee just for this?
transaction feeとは「（金融取引の）手数料」のこと。手数料の有無を確認する時に使う次の言い回しも覚えておきましょう。Is there a fee for that?「それに手数料はかかりますか？」。
（例）「振り込み手数料は取られるんですか？」─ Is there a transfer fee?
前回の復習
「このテレビドラマは視聴率が高い」─ This TV drama has high audience ratings. / This TV drama is doing well in the ratings. / This TV drama has a large viewership.
「視聴率」─ (audience) ratings
「視聴者」─ viewership
「どこも視聴率争いが激しい」─ The competition for ratings is fierce everywhere.
Extra Bit：「視聴率取れないから、メインキャスターが下ろされた」─ They dumped their main anchor because ratings were bad.
