今週の復習です。英語の筋トレに使用した英文を音声を聞きながら再チェックしましょう。音読も忘れずに!

《音読144回》

今日のワンポイント

金曜日《表現》に出てきたkeep up with ~を使った例文をいくつか挙げておきましょう。

You'd better walk faster if you want to keep up with us.
→ついて来るなら、もっと早く歩かないと。
I can't keep up with all the twists and turns in your logic.
→そんなこんにゃく問答には付き合っていられないよ。
It's not easy to keep up with younger people when they party all night long.
→若い子たちに一晩中付き合って飲むのは大変だ。
Just keep in mind that she's that kind of girl, otherwise you'll never keep up with her.
→彼女はあーゆー人だと割り切らないと、付き合っていられない。
His arguments are so full of self-serving sophistry that it's impossible to keep up with him.
→彼の議論は利己的な詭弁ばかりで、とてもついていけない。
