火曜日《会話》に出てきた「a＋名詞＋person」は応用がきく表現です（『日刊 英語の筋トレ』でも何度か取り上げました！）。その具体例をいくつか挙げておきましょう。
I'm not a morning person.
→僕は朝が弱いんだ（朝型ではない）。
Are you a coffee person?
→君はコーヒー党かい？
He's not a people person.
→彼は人付き合いがよくない。
She's a sushi person.
→彼女は寿司が大好きだよ。
He used to be a party person.
→かつて彼はよくパーティーに出かけてたよ。
