ロールプレイしましょう。

A: You want to ride your bicycle from Florida to Texas?
B: Yeah. I think I can do it. It's going to be a great adventure.
A: I can't imagine it. I get tired just walking to the grocery store.
B: Well, I'm in good shape, and confident. I think it's doable.
【和訳】
A: フロリダからテキサスまで自転車に乗って行くんですって？
B: うん。出来ると思う。大冒険になりそうだよ。
A: 想像もできないわ。私なんてちょっとスーパーまで歩くだけでも疲れちゃうもの。
B: でもね、体調はいいし、それに自信もあるよ。やれると思うね。

ride「（乗り物に）乗る」、from ～ to ...「～から...へ」。do itはride my bicycle from Florida to Texasの意味。imagine「想像する」。get tired just ～ingで「～しただけで疲れる」の意味。be in good shape「体調がいい」。confident「自信がある」の名詞形はconfidence。「できる」をdo＋ableで表現しています。
