【解説】
1.「ハウツー」はhow-toが使えますが、形容詞なのでハイフンが必要です。 overflow with ～「～で溢れる」。
2. personnel changesが「人事異動」に当たる表現です。This is personnel reshuffling day.とも言えます。
3. speed upも使えますが、この文脈ではpick up the pace「ペースを上げる」のほうが自然でしょう。次の言い回しも覚えておきましょう。Isn't there any way you could speed up this work a little?
4.「腹が据わる」をここではcool, calm, and collected「冷静である」を使って表現しています。Nothing fazes him. He's always cool as a cucumber.とも言えます。cool as a cucumber「落ち着き払っている」。
5. 「首尾一貫」はconsistency「一貫性」、coherence「筋が通っていること」で表現できます。flawless「完璧な」、impeccable「欠点のない」。
