「彼女が来るかどうかはまだはっきりしないんだ」─ It's still iffy whether she'll come or not.
iffyはifの形容詞形で「不確かな、あやふやな」という意味。ifは名詞としても使えます。例えば、No ifs, ands or buts. Just do it.「つべこべ言わずに。やればいい」。この場合のandsとbutsも名詞です。
