Point 652：ポイント別徹底トレーニング《話題沸騰？時の前置詞》
「時の」とは言っても「今話題の」という意味ではありません！ここで取り上げるのは時間や時期に関連した前置詞です。前置詞は数多くの使用例に触れて使い方に慣れるのが一番。atとinを使った代表的な表現を挙げてみましょう。
at dawn（明け方） in the evening（夕方）
in the morning（午前） at night（夜）
at noon（正午） at midnight（真夜中）
in the afternoon（午後）
atとinを使った英文です。
The night bus arrived over there at dawn.
夜行バスは明け方に向こうに着いた。
I’ll call you first thing in the morning.
朝一で電話します。
It’s going to clear up in the afternoon.
午後は晴れるよ。
I felt a little feverish in the evening.
夕方少し熱があった。
Sorry to call you so late at night.
こんなに夜遅く電話をしてすみません。
