「質問をはぐらかさないで。ちゃんと聞いてよ」─ Don't try to sidestep the question. Listen to what I'm saying.
sidestepが「はぐらかす」に当たる動詞です。dodge「かわす」を使ってもいいでしょう。Stop dodging the point and listen to what I'm saying.
(例)「彼は問題を回避するのがうまい」─ He's an expert at evading the issue.
