「こんな所で思い出し笑いしないで」─ This is neither the time nor the place to start laughing about something you remember.
laugh about something you rememberで「思い出したことを笑う」の意味になります。Don't start snickering about something now -- not here.と言ってもいいでしょう。snickerは「くすくす笑う」。それぞれ、neither the time nor the place to ～「～する時でも場所でもない」とnot ～ now、not hereを使っている点に注目。
（例）「そのことを思い出すと、いつも笑ってしまう」─ It always makes me laugh when I remember it.
前回の復習
「お腹がよじれるほど笑ったよ」─ I doubled over with laughter. / I laughed so much it made my sides ache.
「（笑いで）体を折り曲げる」─ double over
「脇腹」─ sides
「痛い」─ ache
「彼が冗談を言った時、みんな笑いが止まらなかった」─ We had a laugh attack when he told his joke.
Extra Bit：「笑いすぎてお腹が痛くなっちゃった」─ I laughed so hard I got a stomachache.
