「靴を履いたまま上がってください」─ Please enter with your shoes on.
with one’s shoes onで「靴を履いたまま」を表現。no need to ～「～する必要はない」とtake one’s shoes off「靴を脱ぐ」を組み合わせて次のようにも言えます。There's no need to take your shoes off.
（例）「土足のままそこに入らないで」─ Don’t go in there with your shoes on.

「使い捨て製品は買わないようにしている」─ We avoid buying throwaway goods. / We try to stay away from disposable goods.
