「海外からの要人が来るので空港の警備が物々しい」─ Security is tight at the airport because a foreign dignitary is visiting.
「警備が物々しい」をsecurity「警備」とtight「きつい」を組み合わせて表現。dignitaryは「位の高い人」という意味。tighten up「厳しくする」を使って次のようにも言えます。They've tightened up security at the airport for a foreign dignitary's visit.
（例）「最近は空港の警備がとても厳しい」─ Airport security is very strict these days.
