To make easy-to-understand, useful web sites and to achieve user satisfaction are some of the goals for Web managers and creators. Whilst it is easy to propose, in reality it is difficult to achieve. To overcome this hurdle, we’ve focused on a certain keyword; [UCD (User-Centered Design)]. UCD, plainly speaking, is the creation of products through the eyes of a user. You might expect this to be the norm (it should be), however we think that creators have should be more conscious of UCD, hence this month we dare to focus on UCD. We explore various UCD ideas and the process-of-development, also, we interview a web and product creator about how their works were done with UCD as an approach.
